Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Rates are per room and per night.

All reservations must be confirmed with credit card details: 16 digits and expiration date. The hotel does not require prepayment at the time of booking (except for "non-refundable, non-modifiable" reservations); the provided credit card is pre-authorized before arrival.

Payments by credit card, cash, or bank transfers are accepted.

Cancellations and/or modifications without charge are possible (except for "non-refundable, non-modifiable" reservations) up to 14 days before the arrival date.

When cancellation occurs between 13 and 0 days before the arrival date, the hotel charges 100% of the stay's value.
The full stay is also charged in case of no-show or early departure.

For any cancellation requests, please send us an email; otherwise, the request cannot be processed.

Late cancellations significantly impact our establishment's business model, which compels us to enforce a strict policy.
For your comfort, we recommend subscribing to travel insurance.

Miscellaneous Information

All rooms in the establishment are non-smoking.
Pets are allowed in the establishment for an additional fee.
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
The tourist tax is not included in the rates and is payable directly on-site.
The hotel has secure and free parking for guests.
Two of our 22 rooms are adapted for people with reduced mobility.
